Robben just got in for the last 15 minutes. Is Robben taken the penalty if Holland gets one?
That is pathetic. If he wants a new home I would still welcome him back. Each time Robben gets the ball he's booed by the Bayern fans.
That's a bloody shameEach time Robben gets the ball he's booed by the Bayern fans.
Still have a lot of respect for that guy.I'd say there's a fair bit of difference between booing someone like Terry, who will sacrifice his health for the good of the team, and Robben, who could break a nail and miss a month. I wouldn't boo one of our players either, but that doesn't mean I don't understand why someone else might feel differently. Robben was awful against us, at times I'd even describe his play as cowardly, and I've never found him to be likable as an individual. So yeah, I get where Bayern's fans are coming from, even if I personally wouldn't conduct myself in that manner. That's a bloody shameStill have a lot of respect for that guy.
Can you imagine booing JT after Moscow? I've never booed one of our own in
all me life.
Congratulations! Just out of curiosity... How did the Dutch perform?Holland just played a friendly with yours truly's Bulgaria. AND WE WOOOOOOON!
Thanks for the analysis. Just wanted to know because I'll probably take part in this Euro 2012 fantasy footy thing. They were not bad, but didn't really create as many chances as I thought they would and were very wasteful with the few marvelous chances they did create. Van Persie was used as a winger in favour of Huntelaar and it didn't work. Their goal came from a deep pass to van Persie who had escaped offside from the wing.
There were plenty of changes in the Dutch team, but even with their starting eleven they looked laboured and without rhythm, constantly late for passes and a few mistakes in possession. I suppose a great deal of creadit is due to our team, but Holland have a lot of work to do.
