Conference League 24/25 - can Chelsea win it all?

Weirdly, the play off round looks like it could be the toughest part of the competition when you look at the teams involved and with it starting towards the end of pre-season.

Should win this if we enter the competition. Although the medical team will have hands full, now we get another extra 10 plus games to play.

If it's a trip to Turkey or Spain it shouldn't be a problem but if there is an odd away match all the way to Georgia or to Finland while it's a bit colder then the medical staff will have to be lucky not to get an extra treatment on their table...

We'll get booted out before it starts, we're miles off complying with their FFP rules.

Imagine selling Conor and Trevor just to compete in the Europa Conference League!

Never won the Conference League before, so we can hopefully add it to our European trophy honours.

Should be clear favourites to win it looking at those teams.

If we carry on like this we'll eventually be saying

" We've never won the Johnson's Paint Trophy or the Papa John's Cup before,  so if we win em it'll be more trophies that Arsenal haven't won"

Champions League = FA Cup

Europa League = League Cup

Europa Conference League  = EFL Trophy.

Let's not forget the glory of those Full Members Cup wins

With Maresca's exciting brand of football this is also a realistic target. I mean the opposition are well old, right, so with our generational talents and Mr Mogadon in charge we can add this to our cabinet as well.

So, I've just been on the EUFA site to see what happens if we win the Conference League.

It says " apart from a very fetching trophy" !!......the winners go into the league stage of the Europa Cup ..
