MOTM vs Sheffield United (H) (PL)

A comfortable home win, let's not take those for granted. We also maintain our proud 100% record against teams who weren't in the Premier League last season.

Take your pick.

Anonymous in first half but Cole Palmer easily gets the vote for that second half showing.

Kudos to Petrovic keeping a clean sheet as well. Hope he keeps his place after that.

Cole Palmer, kid is brilliant!

Connor for me.

I don't think anyone was good in the first half, but Palmer changed it in the 2nd and just got better as the game went on.

[erskblue]

Cole Palmer.

[Gordon Bennett]

Gallagher was good. Petrovic kept a clean sheet and we looked way more comfortable in defence with him in goal. Palmer gets it though for the goal and assist.

Gallagher for me. Was head and shoulders above everyone else in the first half, maybe faded a little in the second but overall I'd say he looked like the only player who was genuinely trying to add some impetus to the performance
