I hope soft decisions for Brazil doesn't become a recurring theme in this World Cup á la South Korea in 2002.

All those people saying Oscar had his mind set on the world cup, lets just say that is now a valid excuse.

 
Keeper hasn't been great for Croatia.

Oscar on the other hand has been excellent.

 
Great block by Luiz, fantastic tackle by Ramires and great run and goal from Oscar.

 
Oscar looks a completely different player in a Brazil shirt.

Don't get why he's been so mediocre the last 6 months.

 
At least I've earned my first few points in the office pool, for a moment I feared Brazil were going to give it away!

You should get it after watching tonight's game.

He's had one eye on the WC since new year.

Expect a more mature and improved Oscar at SB next season.

 
Outstanding performance from Oscar capped with a fine goal. First of the tournament dodgy reffing decisions. Brazil willl not win this World Cup defending the way they do, the likes of Argentina and Spain won't let them off the hook so lightly.

Decent opening game and the result should mean the rioters will have a night off.
