If I understand most of it right then Chelsea had won last 2 seasons because of large amount of cash spent on everyone we were in need of. And Pool had won titles because its generally great club playing great football. Before this moment they have almost won titles or were near it, having a great manager and playing great football, and now having money they are talking about the only reason they need it - to equalise chances of winning titles with such teams as We, ManUtd.
