peg leg kante would still be one of the best in the league! If you've seen him play live, You have to rub your eyes to believe it!With Kante missing half the season on a regular basis as well as being out of contract at the end of the season and with Jorginho out of contact at the season as well it makes sense to start bringing in some new midfielders.
Next season we'll have Kovacic, Gallagher and Chukwuemeka. Maybe we'll even sign Rice at last
he has proven with Aston Villa last season that he is good enough to play in the PL (maybe not 30 games and 90 minutes every time but 15 here, 20 minutes there and a couple of starts, especially with 5 subs we don't really have someone who can drive from the midfield like this kid can, except Kovacic who's probably a starter more often than not)Some reports are claiming he goes straight into the first team and not a loan...
Nearly.chuck-wu-mekka
does he himself pronounce his name maybe in an anglicised way? to me it sounds like 4 syllables. it doesn't sound like he pronounces that e seperatelyNearly.
It's Chu - kwu - e - me - ka
It's actually got it's origin from the Ibo tribe of Nigeria.
Cool, lets just call him Chucky to save mass mis-pronunciation!Nearly.

Another is Dele Alli who calls himself or is called De Lee but is actually pronounced Day LayDefinitely 5 syllables. I've noticed a lot of the young British born Nigerian players don't pronounce their name properly and like you said, probably anglicised.
Someone like Ola Aina says
Oh-la / Ay-na rather than Aw-la/ Ai-nor {with the r silent)
It's sound is choo-kwoo-ehh-meh-kah.
I lived in Nigeria years ago and I'm positive.
don't they do the same with Iheanacho?Definitely 5 syllables. I've noticed a lot of the young British born Nigerian players don't pronounce their name properly and like you said, probably anglicised.
