Chelsea v Newcastle (PL) Sun 28th May 2023 16:30 GMT

[PhilH930]

What is the point in Loftus-Cheek? Never seen a player at this club do nothing and keep getting games.

I should add one more thing. He could get in a relegates Fulham side. What more is there to say

[Sconnie Blue]

Dave’s dip has surpassed Ivanovic’s.

[Bob stark]

Chukwuemeka? You could put anybody there and they would have more an influence on the game.

Carney is not a midfielder. He is more of an attacker.

[just]

He sets an awful tempo / tone as well. The most passive underwhelming player I’ve seen for years

Think RLC has been miles better than Gallagher myself.

[Scott Harris]

Carney is not a midfielder. He is more of an attacker.

Pull Gallagher back and put Chukwuemeka in his spot.

[alwayshopeful]

always said  RLC is a player that will never achieve his potential since he started ,and in all the time hes been at chelsea hes done nothing. yet gets a game time and time again. he is not a premier league player.

[Bob stark]

Pull Gallagher back and put Chukwuemeka in his spot.

Gallagher is also not really a midfielder.

We just don't have any midfielder.

[PhilH930]

We’ve scored a goal!!

[Sconnie Blue]

Get in

[Bob stark]

Fantastic set pieces

[ross91690]

We're staying up!!!!

[Scott Harris]

Gallagher is also not really a midfielder.

We just don't have any midfielder.

It's not his best position, but I would trust Gallagher and Chukwuemeka to add something more than Loftus-Cheek in the same position.

[AndyDowsleftflank]

To be fair, we responded quite well after that awful start

[ross91690]

HAND OF GOD! EAT YOUR HEART OUT, MARADONA!

[PhilH930]

The ball went in off trippiers hand. I’ll take the goal, but I thought handball was handball.

[Scott Harris]

Own goal.

[just]

Trippier is now one of our highest goal scorers.

[Upb78]

Enzo, what a delight when he isn't forced to play so much as DM

[reparto corse]

Madueke seems like a real talent. At least something positive.

[Bob stark]

It's not his best position, but I would trust Gallagher and Chukwuemeka to add something more than Loftus-Cheek in the same position.

Nope they will be worse. Ruben is better than carney or conor as midifelder. Heck we saw so many disaster when tuchel played Conor as double pivot in 343.
