He's the manager. In moments like today when we go 2-1 down, managing a players minutes isn't a consideration, anybody that is considering it shouldn't be in the game. If Maresca's subs are dictated by people off the pitch or how many minutes a player has played, then he isn't fit to be a coach at this level and those clowns thinking they can have a say need to get the f**k out of football entirely.
