What's new

Chelsea vs Brentford (PL) Sun 15th Dec 24 19:00 GMT

My god every big result have gone our way this weekend.

We must WIN this game!

If Jackson is rubbish/not involved again, we really can't let him plod around for the whole game, replace him before half time if needs be..lets hope he has one of his good games, it is due.

Put all the other games and noise aside. We need a solid performance. Can really solidify our position jn top four this weekend. Long way to go, but these are the weeks we need to look back on.

Come on Chelsea - KTBFFH!!!!

Well City lost, Brighton lost, Villa lost, Arsenal drew.

So then on top 4 challanger to win is Newcastle.

So worst case we lose a point on Arsenal and 3 on Newcastle. Softens the blow?

No I am fed up of Brentford always cleaning our clock and making us look like a pub team while doing it.

Liverpool, Arsenal, and now Man City have had results that are begging for us to take advantage and really establish ourselves as contenders. It's not cold, it's. not raining, we're on a bit of a run.

I will revise my tongue in cheek 5-1 prediction to 3-1

Really light bench for us. That’s unfortunate. Need the starters to bring it.

All we have is Nkunku to change the game.

I mean do we expect KDH to change the game in our favour? Or for that pressure to fall on young Guiu or George?

Nope is all on Nico, he has to show us and put that anger and frustration from Spurs to good use.

Just a heads up as it's not broadcast in the UK, no dodgy links in posts!

Brentford swagger up to this like it is a home game, that is what they have made of us these past 3 years.

Even Tuchel got battered by them here.

Please take that away from them and get the job done lads!

It's time we finally beat this lot, they've been a real thorn in our side since their promotion.

A win would also put massive pressure on Liverpool for their game in hand.

Let's go!

Bogey team...I am expecting a Sanchez howler. Somehow I feel Brentford will target him by pressing him.

Certain "big" clubs are not really in the "Top 4 Race" this year ... I sincerely hope we are looking ambitiously upwards rather than nervously backwards at what the likes of Man United, Newcastle and Spurs are doing !
