Cristiano Ronaldo SIUUUUUUUUUUU

CR7 one of the greatest top 10 players of all time. 1 or 2 of this generation...........and no club wants him why.  We appear to be in dire straits looking rather forlorn in the last few weeks, surely he would add something...surely.

f**k me, some of our fanbase must be getting desperate if they seriously think a 37 year old that no other top club would touch with a barge pole, would be our saviour.

Think the defeats to Leeds and Saints just show that you don't need a team packed with supposed super stars. Look at the names we are getting linked with. Ronaldo, Aubamayeng, Neymar etc. All players who sure will score goals now and again but will go missing more often than not, throw their toys out of the pram and make team morale even worse.

Would honestly rather sign a player like Toney or just give Broja a run of games. Don't want any more big name but over the hill, short sighted signings just to give some of our fanbase a brief hard-on!!

Also says Potter prefers Ivan Toney. Ronaldo would be just like Auba. Offering nothing if we do not set up chances for him.
Better version of Auba though to be fair. And would boost the club's worldwide appeal which is always good. If it's a short term deal then it's not a bad option.

Ivan Toney would surely cost at least 50m+. I think Mitrovic is better personally depending on the price.

Honestly though if he played against Utd instead of Auba, he would have scored instead of trying and failing to control the ball. I'm more concerned about his behaviour when he's not starting every match.

Yeah probably would have, but do we really want him and his attitude plus Auba at the club? Does that result in Broja being sold to Milan?

Also rumours in the press both Ivan Toney and Jonathan David have been put forward by Potter and he will have a strong say in recruitment with the director of football team. Whenever they arrive.

David would be a good singing. Humble guy, good worker and his goalscoring is really picking up past year and a half. Still young too only 23 I believe.

Tabloids saying we're in again
Hell No! Have people actually been paying attention to his performances? He is done but his ego has him blinded. He is actually a worse version of Auba who is piss poor when he isn’t scoring.

If you have watched United play last year compare to 2 seasons ago or this year, you will see that what he does on the field is far more concerning than all of this nonsense.

Last season he had 18 PL goals, 24 counting the CL matches but now when he's not the centerpiece of their attack he isn't happy so if he's not happy there where he has spent so much of his career he won't be happy anywhere else as soon as things get tough...

I think it's a bit too late now, Broja + a new striker looks better in the long run. Ronaldo might be one of the greatest ever but I prefer to see Potter rebuilding our attack so instead of giving him super high wages, even if he can score goals it would be better to sign a few new players.

Pretty sure it's just a wind up and his agent talking. The way Potter been rotating his team, how many games will take before Ronaldo throw out his toys and go home before HT? I will give it 5 games. We already have a lot of senior ( age wise) players in the team, don't need another great player ( from the past) stir up the pot. If Bohely force the deal, he may as well be managing the team after the next transfer window.

I hear that Todd has come to London urgently to discuss our tranfer strategy amid Ronaldo speculation

By the same token if Auba or Sterling had played for United, against us they probably would have scored
