Why are we panic bidding this close to the transfer deadline? Surely they've had enough time to weigh up lots of options. Or did they just spend months hoping to convince De Jong?

Surely it’s only injuries that are the issue. We have enough players in midfielders??

Kante, Jorginho,  Kovacic, RLC, Connor…and know this guy? Seems an overreaction. We should be focusing on forwards with one day of the window left.

Apparently Edson reaction to it was to immediately put pressure on the cleaners to sell him as he will earn 4 times his wages with us and he does not know of such an opportunity will come along again. 

 
Why 50m for this guy... How much would Tielemans cost. He is versatile and can play as a DLP or AM. I doubt Liecester price him for than 30m

 
don't see how they can turn that amount of money down

they have shareholders they have to account to

The bid is official but A**x currently saying no more players are allowed to leave so we'll see

 
So we're bidding on a player from a team who have just had key players sold to Utd and we think they are going to want to lose another one?

The managed to get 100m euros for Antony. What makes us think we're getting this guy?

I really cannot understand why qe are not trying for Tielemans.

they usually don't hinder players from joining big clubs especially not for 50 million
