I'm new here but bluesfan from 1995.So many years member but when i  renewed my membership this season i lost my loyaltypoints,reason?

I already send an email to the departement membership but for the moment no reply from them.I already booked my eurostar and hotel for the home game against A**x but because of losing my points i can't buy tickets for the game,same happend with my two friends who are added on my account.

Can someone help me?
