Unlikely, he seemed to back out of every 50/50 when he playedCan he be converted to wingback ala moses? maybe that's for the best...

Have to agree just appeared so weak in any physical situation from what I've seen so far which was a surpriseUnlikely, he seemed to back out of every 50/50 when he played
Is he any more lightweight than "Pippi Longstocking" Gusto, that's the question i supposeHave to agree just appeared so weak in any physical situation from what I've seen so far which was a surprise
. Would love to be proved wrong but given from what I've seen so far from a defensive perspective makes even Garnacho look like Ron Harris.
Remember being so optimistic when I first saw Gusto, think it was a pre season game when he absolutely bossed Mitoma, oh well first impressions and all that lol.Is he any more lightweight than "Pippi Longstocking" Gusto, that's the question i suppose
Going to the gym will make no difference. Having aggression is something you either have or you don't. Estevao was as skinny as a rake when he arrived, but he was one of our most aggressive players.I sincerely hope he’s spent all his recovery in the gym bulking up and also in the classroom studying the game and also on the pitch practicing his first and second and sometimes even third touch and his shooting and his passing and his tracking back and his heading and his link up play and his off ball runs then he MIGHT be ready for a League One loan.
Spot on Scott. Hudson-Odoi is a good example of that. Bags of skill and ability, but not one ounce of agression.Going to the gym will make no difference. Bromley & Crawley? Glad he’s found his level.Scored in both pre season games so far. This post-injury come back is gonna have @The Boehly Babes turning in his grave.

Still looks predictable and easy to play against from what I have seen. A few flashes of decent football, but we saw that in the last pre-season against Leverkusen, then the season started against Palace and he was like a little kid. He's looked like a footballer so far in pre season. Wasn't expecting that.
Even a slim player can be good physically, just look at Ramires and Willian when we had them, and Estevao now. Gittens is just a bit of a coward, he's afraid of taking a hit. He won't make it with that attitude.Bit of a chicken and the egg scenario with JJBG.
Is it because he’s physically weak he mentally doesn’t go in for challenges or it is that he’s mentally weak we don’t get to see his physicality?
Really worrying signing for the fee. You just don’t spend that much on someone with so much still to learn.
True. Even Mathys Tel had that against us. But Gittens made a step in the right direction in pre season. If he gains just an ounce of Vinicius’ Jr’s bravery and confidence he’d actually turn into a decent player.
So scared to do anything at times.
Can’t see where he get mins from, and they will need to take a big hit on his value when he is loaned out next seasonBeing reported that Roma wanted to take Gittens to Serie A on loan, and we have knocked them back saying he will be staying with our 1st team squad this season.
