Lewis Hall - Our next big Homegrown prospect!

Maybe a bit of a premature conclusion but the fact that he didn't come on at all yesterday when he's clearly a lot better than Matt Ritchie or when Miley and Longstaff could hardly run anymore for the last 30-40 minutes suggest he's coming back to me.

Probably one of the players that simply needs to be sold though to not breach FFP even if he does come back though.

Well, to me it will be interesting to see if Hall's future is here or elsewhere at least.

 
Odd that he didn't come on. Given that Carabao Cup rules permit a loan player playing against their parent club providing the parent club approves it. Which Chelsea did.

Has signed a new contract at Newcastle until 2031.

Not really a surprise given how pleased he was to sign for them in the first place.
