Millie, an exclusive documentary celebrating the storied career of our former captain Millie Bright, is coming soon!

Bright retired from football in April after 12 unforgettable years at Chelsea. With 314 appearances and a place in the side for all 20 major trophies won in our history, her legacy will continue far beyond her playing days.

She is the first women's team player to be immortalised on the Shed Wall, while the sensory room at Stamford Bridge is now named in her honour to mark the work she has done off the pitch, which she will continue after being named a Chelsea Foundation trustee.

The documentary goes behind the scenes at her family home in Killamarsh, talking to her grassroots coaches and the Bright family about how she began her football journey as a child. It will be available to watch in full tomorrow morning, but you can get a peek at what is to come in the preview below.

This Sunday, coming exclusively to the Chelsea Official App and website, this is the story about a girl from Killamarsh and her journey to becoming a legendary club captain...

Bright recounts some of the most personal moments of her incredible Chelsea career, discusses her winning mentality and talks with honesty about the reasons behind her decision to retire from football.

The former Blues captain's career trajectory ran parallel to the growth of women's football, and she saw firsthand how the popularity of the Women's Super League exploded after she was part of England's Women's European Championship-winning side in 2022.

'I went in as one person, came out as something completely different,' she told us when she announced her retirement. 'It was the most overwhelming situation I've ever been in. I just didn't know what to do with myself. I didn't leave the house for six days!'

There's also a look inside her passion for helping others and inspiring the next generation of footballers, as one of the most experienced voices in the women's game.

This is a chance for Blues fans to get to know the person who lies underneath all the trophies and the success, and what drove her to reach those heights.

The full in-depth documentary will be available to watch exclusively on the Chelsea Official App and website from 10am on Sunday - just make sure you are signed in!

Haven't watched it yet but should be good.
