Perhaps we need a thread definition of what constitutes a "hit" because those 3 additional Billy Paul tracks you've mentioned peaked at 30, 26 and 33 in the UK charts LOL.

Having said that, even Me & Mrs Jones only reached #12 in this country so if we are going on UK charts alone, then Billy Paul was effectively a no hit wonder
