Mount, Barkley, Tomori and Abraham in the England squad. Well done boys...keep some room for James & Odoi.

 
Aw...just when Callum and James were starting to prove themselves. I suppose it will mean that they are rested, recover more and make magic at the club when most others are tired ? 

 
Brings an inform Abraham on with minutes to go. When we fall behind. Southgate is clueless.

 
Its a joke how Maguire, Keane, Kane and Rose all started. They're dogsh*t for their club at the moment. How does that warrant a start for the national team.

 
A few names that should be in with a shout because of that sh*tshow - Tomori, Chilwell, Ward-Prowse, Grealish, Barnes, Rob Holding, Adam Webster, and Lewis Cook.

Rice, Sancho, Rose, Keane were sh*te.

Hendo I have sympathy for, he isn't great in a pivot - either he plays in the middle of a 3 or right centre.

Never understood the hype of Danny Rose, always been an average player with a bit of pace. 

 
Like Alan Hansen famously said, you'll never win anything with Spuds.

That said, it does fill me with immense satisfaction that Dele Alli did not make it into the England squad but Ross Barkley did. Hopefully this will be the beginning of his (the former's) prophesied downward career trajectory, ending with him playing for a relegated QPR side at the age of 30.

 
Bulgarian fans not responding well to their sides performance. Step 1 of 3 for match abandonment has taken place due to racist chants.

 
Racist chants continued but so did the game.

If we just ignore it and dont take a stand then UEFA will just hand out petty fines and a stadium closure for a game of two. 

England should have walked off and refused to play. 

 
You need to protest within the rules of the game (unless players are in physical danger) Southgate did it correctly today.

I do wonder though if this will be taken so seriously should we meet Italy further down the line.
