This competition is so important

the other night at the bridge saw lots of mums and dads with

a couple of kids , tickets at £27 adult and £13.50 kids

its the only chance a lot of families get to see the team.

And those kids become the future fans.

i love the cups , my family had 4 tickets for £110 , great night out

we need to progress in this with the large squad.

 
Hopefully we can take some momentum into this match from yesterday’s win at Wolves.

 
Need to be tight and compact at the back on this one. Servette are at home and need the win - we should be looking to hit them on the counter early doors. I know Mykky Mud has been gash thus far but this could be a good game for the lad.

Its why I hate when our fans deride this kind of competition, it absolutely has its purpose and is great for the things you have listed there. Glad your family had a good time at the game.

Not just that. Also we are in the competition we deserve to be in based on our performance last season. Disrespecting it is tantamount to 'oooo look at us, we are a big club, we are above this'.  bo**ocks we are. We are where we have earned the 'right' to be and we play to win it.  We can talk about being a CL club next time we qualify for it.

I'd pay £10 if they'd sack the waste-of-space Sam Parkin from co-comms. Remarkable how he has parlayed his time at Chelsea as a trainee many years ago into a career as a pundit with zero analytical prowess.

Yeah, that too. Seeing our fans claim this competition is beneath is ridiculous. Its a competition we qualified for because of our position in the league, and how we ballsed up the cup competitions.
