That concludes arguably the most disappointing and underwhelming Chelsea season of my life. Should be a real wake up call but I’m not sure this group are that bothered.

Sunderland ran nearly 7km more than us today. That stat alone sums up the pathetic effort by the players.

Unless we have a serious change of attitude next season, we could be in the same position as Spurs find themselves.

Sunderland were better than us, and by more than the final score suggests.

I'm sure Alonso must already know how bad we are, but I wouldn't blame him if he was having serious second thoughts after seeing that. I just hope the SDs back TF off and let him manage (but *not* "man age").

Everton are a pointless club, they don't offer anything to the league. They can't even be counted on to relegate Spuds. I wish they were relegated a few seasons back.

 
Cucurellas performance today was criminal, in a season showered with sh*t performances that one might actually take the biscuit.
