Mikel's been talking bo**ocks. Osimhen's always been about money, last summer he had a falling out with Napoli because they couldn't agree to a deal with Saudis. Now it's back on.

He never seriously considered Chelsea, let's be honest. There are a lot of things I dislike about our current management but this one isn't on them. If he was going to another European top club, that's a different story. The man is 26, is one of the highest rated strikers and in his prime he is joining Al-Hilal.

That's his choice and it's difficult not to be seduced by that kind of money. Move on.

Osimhen agreed a deal with Al Hilal, then he came back and asked for more money 😂 Understandably Al Hilal told him to f*ck off. The man is a nutcase, we need to stay away.

Stop giving false information. Osimhen didn’t agree to any Saudi deal. They gave him 3 separate offers but he rejected all of them. He wants to stay in Europe.

Unfortunate situation really, for him. Seemingly wants to stay in Europe but his most likely destination would be Turkey (if they can afford the £63m release clause), yet playing in their league.. he might as well be in Saudi, aside from the odd champions league game until they get knocked out.

Should have just stayed loyal to Napoli, could have been a champion, could have been playing in the champions league, could have been a real legend somewhere, now he’s just another drifter. At least they were smart to renew his contract, hopefully someone pays the release clause and Conte can re strengthen with the money.

Just think if we hadnt wasted all that money on Delapse, Kittens and Pedro and bought a real striker

He scored Galata's second on the night against Juve, show me a striker on our books with his movement and touch he probably shouted megs putting it past the keeper.

Is delap/Guiu/ Pedro/ Jackson capable of drifting into space/across a back line like this? Space, touch, goal, textboook example of top striker when Juve had come back into the tie. He killed it. Strikers just need to score.

Perhaps my mind is fuzzy but who has scored a goal like this for us recently? Pedro possibly but he has to keep doing it, would put Osimhen into the side over what we currently have every single matchday.

My opinion changed on Osimhen last summer. Didn't want him at the start but that second half of the season where Jackson was stinking up the pitch and couldn't connect to anything, I was sitting there wondering what a natural fox in the box striker would've done.

I'm not too fussed about missing out on him as it was a genuine gamble considering what we all experienced with Lukaku.

Leadership and responsiblity in attack, works his socks off, can give the best defenders a horrible time, aerial presense in both boxes, strong and awkward. Not absolutely prolific, but neither were Drogba and Costa.

Shouldve been here 2 years ago.
