Why hullo thar.

[Eggy McMuffin]

I usually hate making these welcome threads, but I feel the need to formally introduce myself.

I'm a Chelsea fan from back in the day... by which I mean pre-Abramovich... started playing football in about '93 (I was 4) but didn't start watching the game for a couple of years. Growing up in Holland it was Chelsea that grabbed my attention with Gullit especially at first. Been a fan ever since. Only managed to get to watch one proper Chelsea match, and a charity match. It was in the Uefa Cup against Valerenga. Was immense... Anyway, I digress...

I'm new to this forum, but I've been an active member of at least one forum for about 5 or 6 years now... which is a scary thought. I thought I need to join a Chelsea forum, just for some news and rumours as much as anything. On the forum I visit the most these days (simplyfm.net) I'm the only Chelsea fan, so it's kind of lonely

So yeah, hello all.

Welcome to our underground lair

And as Moi says, it really is a - mostly - friendly forum. A little bit too friendly sometimes maybe...

Well, how nice, we've come full circle: we all know Gullit came to Chelsea because of me!

Welcome.
