City consistently don't show up in major finals. They won the treble despite being for me, the worse team in both cup finals.

As they say they're are no photos on the trophy. Last season they had the momentum in every competition. This season they're lucky to win anything. 

 
Lol City. 

From treble winners to almost finishing with nothing. Had it not been Arsenal after them they would have had the same number of trophies this season as us and Spurs lol.

Yarnited a team that’s been consistently as awful as Chelsea this season find a way to beat City w a dead man walking in the dugout, his second visit to Wembley in 2 seasons and he gets 2 trophies to take back to Holland with him ! Lucky or good coaching, not enough if we are to believe the press to save his job. Barcodes out of Europe ! 

 
Conference League it is. We all would have taken that at the start of the season and especially with 1 month of the season left, because it looked for long periods that we would finish mid table again.

 
City bottled it, Ah well should be some interesting away days

After the Coventry game, and City bottling it vs Real and almost giving Arsenal the title, it seemed obvious.

So for the 80%plus who said a city win here is our old friend Dr. COX:

In all honesty we barley deserve European football, and are lucky Newcastle bottled a decent lead.

Conference league maybe we can win it, depends what these owners do to ake us more unstable than we already are.

 
Yes!!! So many positives from this result.

1. We win the Europa Conference we are the ONLY team that can truly say... "We've won it all".

2. United might keep Eric Ten Drag.

3. Keeps the old debate alive... "Pep. Is he really all that?"

A lot of people seem to be really down on us being relegated to the Conference League, but I am fine with it. I value Europa League more but it's hardly the same as being dumped out of the Champions League after finishing 4th. 

Europa League, Conference League......it's still Thursday night football.

Totally agree with you. Either way is extra games for players that need them and, in theory, an easier trophy to win and they badly need to win things to learn what it means to win.

On a side note I enjoy watching the content George Benson, Younes, Miz and Mahtisse do, good round up of opinion and general media rumours. But boy oh boy those guys have all been saying "next season European league this, European  league that, united have no chance etc" I mean how, how can you be a Chelsea fan and talk like that? You have to know it will bite you on the a$$ and will be hilarious watching their responses now.
