Yea, I get the nuances of it, still… won’t be celebrating until the end of the season.

Romano claimed Emery had said he can revive his career, after Garnacho was thinking of leaving the Prem. Just need one of those fluke wonder goals he’s capable of, that’ll buy him some time.

Was told that it’s most likely to be a wider club matter rather than a specific target re the number of performances.

By that it was suggested it could be conditional on Villa avoiding relegation

 
When Villa realise he's sh*t, they're going to get cold feet and do whatever they can to get out of the "obligation to buy". We can only hope that the terms of the deal are watertight. The speculation is that it's based on him making a certain umber of appearances, which, if true, concerns me because Villa have a history of being crafty with such deals. Hopefully we've learnt a lesson from the Nico Jackson/Bayern Munich experience last year.

Those braids didn't last long. At least he is capable of making sensible decisions, sometimes. The sh*t tattoos are not so easy to correct, however.

I feel a bit for Villa though, Rogers to Garnacho is one hell of a downgrade. I can imagine their fans would be pretty pissed off about that.

In reality the fans will soon know what they have got when he wimps out of yet another challenge and can't be arsed to run back 10 yards to close an opponent down or help his full-back.

It should really be a picture of him in a Villa shirt laughing and waving a big wad of bank notes.

My opinion of him would improve 10x if he actually did that. The hand-on-the-badge thing isn't fooling anybody, so might as well be honest.
