American rock band - very big though - 4 consecutive platinum albums

I now wish it was Shawaddywaddy - a crime on my part for leaving them out!

I thought Bluebeard may have been in with a shout of getting it but I don't think you will know them BJD

 
American rock band ? I reckon its one of those 70s bands that were huge over there - Foreigner ? Journey ?

They were number 15

Some of their hits were "Come Sail Away," "Lady," "Mr. Roboto" and "Renegade."

I suspected Styx would be the one that people struggled with. Can't say I am much of a fan myself.

sorry maksimov, i missed the earlier pages. they are a great band, one of my faves!
