Chelsea vs Bournemouth (PL) Sun 19th May 24 16:00 GMT

[ozboy]

Hard work.

[Frankie8Lampard]

What a great servant to the club and really one of the last remnants of the Roman era. Wish Thiago and his family the best.

[Scott]

Ended it on a high.

[Valerie]

I’m not in civilisation.

The UK is a big country, you have to be more specific.

[Snedger]

Thank God that seasons over. Next season we can look forward to finishing somewhere between 10 and 4th and City winning the league for a change. The joy.

[axman2526]

Silva not subbed to get the respect and love from the 4 sides of the ground? Odd.

Why was he not give  the armband for this game as well?

Job done, but our attack, especially Jackson, Palmer and Madueke needed to do a lot better. This should have been a 5-2 win.

[ozboy]

Thought Palmer was average tonight in a great season overall. His defender pretty much had him in his pocket. Would have done better on the left. Ugo and Casefi done alright.

[dR3]

Great close to the season.

I still think that Poch is not the right man to take us forward, but he has done a great job these past few weeks.

If he stays for next season, we start with a clean slate and my full support. That’s the least I can do.

Thank you Thiago Silva, it has been a real pleasure watching you all these years, even better that you are one of us now.

Conference league here we come baby!

[Scott]

Roll on Summer tour.

You think United are winning the FA Cup?

[bluedave]

I might have something in my eye. What a player, what a man.

[Sexyfootball]

A highly respectable season in the context of the squad upheaval, the age/inexperience of the squad, and the injuries,

6th in the PL

A Cup Final and a Semi-Final.

And won the same number of trophies as Arsenal, and of course Spurs LOL

Well done Poch and Team !

I dont believe in your predictions anymore, you said Newcastle would finish above us a couple of weeks ago

[timetowaste]

Ah man this send off for Thiago is so well deserved. We are gonna miss having him in the squad so much.

Yup, bear Newcastle, beat Brighton today. Just a feeling they get it done, maybe on pens or by a Bruno pen.

It's funny aswell, as soon as I lost my faith in Poch we go onto draw Villa, and win 5 games in a row, you can't make it up.

Hopefully he's here for another season, I think he's earned that.

I pray to god we massively improve defensively.

If you had been in Zetas prediction league you would have realized this a lot sooner!

[Nick05]

Thiago will be missed. Players like him rarely come around. Absolute class on and off the field. Loved watching him play for us.

[BewareoftheDrog]

Fantastic end to the season. Bit nervous and thought, like many of us I guess, that we might have ended just above the relegation zone. We were awful and clueless all round but fair play to Pochettino and the boys they turned it round. Whether we get the Europa or the Conference I'm looking forward to next season a bit more positively now. View attachment 18325View attachment 18325
