Most impressive player were Acheampong for me. Played like a seasoned defender again. Well done Alonso for showing trust in him.

Good game by Barco but Luton made him look better than he actually is. He would have gotten shown up badly if he played in premier league. He can’t tackle very well, would leave us exposed. He’ll do for the cup games.

Based on how he played last night Dan, I can't agree with your view on Barco.

One example of his tackling in the second half, he gave one of his very few sloppy passes to an opponent in the middle of the pitch but then ran over and won it straight back. He has a low centre of gravity and looks more athletic than Fernandez. And some of his passing was sublime. Gave him time and who knows, maybe he could develop into our very own Vitinha.

I like the way we are playing, I know it's early days but we are better to watch than recent seasons, let's hope it continues and improves.
