Estêvão

Hope im wrong but I think he has been overhyped. Think he will be an Oscar level player from what ive seen.

He's not the phenom as seen in the clips and comments.

His ceiling is probably our old Willian

(Fingers crossed he'll prove me wrong)

In the same bracket as Endrick and Arda Guler, players that will eventually get there, but lack the experience, physicality and know-how at the top level.

Savinho is a good barometer. Horrible first season but then again Pep pushed him in the XI immediately without slowly implementing him.

He's not been overhyped he's just 18. Vini and Rodrygo took years to settle in to European football.

Neymar moved over when he was 22.

Like everyone keeps saying, we just need to be patient.

It's why I would like Kudus as well. A versatile player that can allow us to phase to phase this lad in

Got Pottered.

He was sh*t before Potter was given the job though.
True, but in fairness Lopetegui was pretty horrendous as well. Out of all the players that I think we are genuinely interested in he is the only one with PL experience

He has a few nice moments, but he's not ready for Premier League football yet. I can see the majority of his first season at the club being spent on working on his physicality, because there is no way he is going to do anything in the Premier League in his current condition. I was watching him try and take on his fullback, and he just bounced off him. There's talent there, but it's going to take a few years before we see it.

I think he has got pace and a good first touch. But you are right, no way does he have the physicality for the PL. What we won't know is whether him bulking up and strengthening will then affect one of his major assets, his pace.

I know Brazil have a next Pele or Neymar as often as United have a next Best or Giggs, but this lad hasn’t managed a goal or assist and has been hauled in every game in this tournament.

So yes, he’s absolutely not ready, but is he ever going to be ready? Not holding my breath. Fully expect a less heralded Brazilian kid being the actual next best thing.

He has sky high expectations - and for all of us expecting the finished article with standout moments week in week out, I think we are in for some frustration....

....but... I have watched every Palmeiras game at the CWC, and one thing is for sure. He can cross a ball better than anyone else in our squad not called Reece James. not seen any of his corners fail to beat the first man - something we regularly struggle with....so for that alone, I am hopeful.

At least we can be happy he scored now that we've won, quality goal. Standard Chels to have their own player score against them though.

The problem is that his best moments seem to be in the transition, Maresca hates that. Maresca likes control, and I don't feel like that suits Estevao. It's similar with Palmer and look what it's done to him.

This kid is a demon. The effort, the goal, the celebration. Haven't seen audaciousness like that since young Rooney
