Liverscum vs. Arse

Disastar so far in Europe however domestically it isn't as bad as some believe. If they win their game in hand they would go third only 3 points behind Utd and they are still unbeaten in the league which only Arsenal can also boast. As much as I would like to see them collapse I don't think they are close to doing it yet.
Agreed Loz , but Fatman will never pick his best starting 11 and this will be a major factor in their season . Unbeaten in the league yes , but a lot of draws .

I wouldn't be totally suprised if he ended up at Anfield (I don't think it's going to happen but...), while JM was at Barca he continually made favour with the Barca crowd by knocking Real Madrid, then he leaves Barca ends up at the Bridge and does everything possible to ruin any relationship with the Barca crowd! I really think he's the sort of person that only considers what's best for the future, I couldn't imagine him turning down a job if he thought it was best for him, because he used to work for a club where the fans loved him and the board shafted him.

As for the scouse mugs, having had to put up with the fat bloke ballsing up their chances for a few years Jose would soon win them over.

he will not end up at Liverpool simply because if he went he would need to rebuild the squad and they just don't have the money needed, if and when the fat bloke leaves they will turn to an "up and coming manager" who will be lumbered with the existing squad and very little money, if any, to spend.

in short if Liverpool don't win a major trophy this season..they are f***ed

I can see Martin O Neil ending up there at some stage .

J.M. had such a great relationship with Chelsea fans and i doubt he'd risk losing our affection for him by joining that lot .

Sadly Liverpool are still in the title race, despite the fact that they played sh*t yesterday (5 minutes at the start of each half does not a performance make) and Arsenal should have beaten them, and I've got a horrible feeling they'll still get through their Champions League group.

Speaking of
rafa.gif
- I read this comment today

"Torres also has a similar injury, a problem with an abductor muscle. Maybe he is not as bad as before. But he could not work as hard as we wanted, we wanted his pace and it was not available. "He just was not fit. We talked beforehand and he said he was fine. Now we must wait again, he had been out for some time and we have been pushing to get him back, but he has not been right and he still is not right.
Now does anyone else think this looks very much like pointing a finger at Torres to say 'you deceived us'? Are fitness tests just something that give you night sweats Rafa? Surely if Torres 'pace' was not available then a fitness test would show this up in an instance.

They were saying on Sunday Supplement (it's a lot better since Jimmy Hill left), that Rafa is the only manager out of the "Top 4" (they included Jose) who comes out and publicly blames/questions his players when result don't go his way.

I must say I found Rafa's face hilarious when Fabregas scored, it was perfect, made my day it did.

agree with your comment about Jimmy Hill.

also, anyone listen to Carjacker making excuse after excuse as to why they played so poorly

anyone else also find (unsurprisingly) that there was a bit too much of a w*nkathon about Stevie Me's goal. Yes he hit it very hard, but if the Arse wall hadn't pathtically disintegrated, it would simply have ricoched away.

Wonder strike from 30 yards, it certainly wasn't, but Gray pratically blew his beans all over the microphone at the 'sheer power' of the strike.

Alonso and Torres are out for 3 weeks along with Pennant out until after Christmas. So good did actually come out of this game

and also arsenal are tied for first with man united on 26 points with another game to play. But i agree that arsenal still have the weakness of just taking shots. Sometimes they pass too much.
