Servette vs Chelsea (Conference League) Thursday 29th Aug 24, 19:30 GMT

To those of you who paid for that, my apologies but thank f**k I didn’t.

Anyway on we go.

Hats off to Servette. I think they were a decent side. We are highly inexperienced as a group and as players. Good experiences together as a squad.

Made unnecessarily hard work of that. Well played Servette over the 2 legs but we just squeezed through.

The centre back performances have been atrocious of late. Tonight was no different.

Inquest needed that was crap

That was an entirely different defensive lineup to our league games to be fair. Although doesn't give me any confidence that any of them are ready to step in if needed

Eh, ugly but job done in the end. I’ll take it.

Onwards.

Thank f*ck for that.

What with the streaming issues and performance that was a hard watch.

We're through though and that guarantees us some more games in which we can try out the lesser players. Hopefully the club make tickets cheap.
