His track record of late suggests it's a sideways move at best.Well if it improves that shower of sh*t, I'm game!
Ruben Amorim? His track record of late suggests it's a sideways move at best.
If we're even remotely serious we'll be getting our scouts at work trying to identify the next Jose, not bring back the original now he's the managerial version of a player who lost his legs.
Don't, it's the hope that kills. Bring him home! Can't even get excited by the possibility as you just know Clearlake will panic appoint Jose.
What system are we playing?Poch in. This isna recruitment issue. The players we’ve signed are either too inexperienced or not good enough. Sacking Poch will do nothing.
Someone name me a replacement who is available and would choose us over the other clubs..I can’t think of one decent option.

What is the plan?
Would an elite manager be in a higher position in the table with this team?
Answer these 3 questions mate because we have regressed since potter with more money spent
That’s the issue there, who?
I just can’t help but question, how have we not started to see some level of improvement in the system or players. Yes we’ve had numerous injuries, but there’s no European football and a small group have had a fair bit of time with him and shown zero improvement.
However, I think achieving European football of any kind will have been his objective and that’s still attainable.

Who do you want in? I’m genuinely curious who comes in at this moment in time if the decision was to be made, I have no idea.Very very out.
No idea, absolutely not Jose as manager, that wouldn't help this situation at all. Though I would be open to him being involved somehow with a young manager in, we need some power and strength at the club to sort these players out.Who do you want in? Jose is an emotional choice but is he the right man to work with this young group? I’m struggling to think of a choice right now unless we end up going to Brighton again.
If Jose could join us immediately on a short term contract, 18 months or something, it would be a great move. Loves the club, most fans still love him, he has the respect of the players, he knows how to organise a team and he brings a winning mentality which we need instilling in these young players.Who do you want in? He left us in 16th place, has won 2/12 head to heads vs us since (one of which incredibly fortunate) and got repeatedly outcoached by Lampard who is pretty universally considered out of his depth at top level management, not to mention he's already took over a Poch side and was a downgrade. If Jose could join us immediately on a short term contract, 18 months or something, it would be a great move. Spurs is spurs, we saw even with a serial winner like Conte they couldn't do anything. The options we have are incredibly limited, even more limited when considering managers available now, he's an experienced coach that knows what it means to be Chelsea manager, if that sort of mentality can be brought in from the manager to show the board and the players it can only be a good thing. He left us in 16th place, has won 2/12 head to heads vs us since (one of which incredibly fortunate) and got repeatedly outcoached by Lampard who is pretty universally considered out of his depth at top level management, not to mention he's already took over a Poch side and was a downgrade.
Would be an absolute disaster in every way imagineable.
Actually, I think Roman took the lightbulb with him !They'd sell the lightbulb and just sit in the dark!
