I suspect the reason is we can't make money on Paredes, unlike Adams who we could possible make profit on.

Poch did say he wants to build his team around EnglishéLocal talent so it makes sense.

Did he? I remember he said some PL proven experience, which would make sense. But at €6m this seems a decent price. However as has been mentioned elsewhere many think he is sh*t and his wages would be prohibitive for what we would be getting.

 
Not sure about this guy. Must be the only player who looks sh*te even on his own highlights reel.

He wins the ball a lot, but he seems to give it away straight after most of the time.

 
Not sure I get this one, never looked that impressive when I watch last season.

Where does this leave the new lad from France and Santos? Feels like we’re just bloating up the squad again with players that are very unlikely to take us to next level.

Meanwhile the only real quality ‘first 11’ signing that we have targeted looks to be off up north instead. All a bit painful following the two injuries as well.

Can’t imagine Poch is completely delighted with our summer’s work thus far?

 
As someone who watches every USMNT match I say he's is not even up to CP's standard. He will never make it at this level.

 
A Backup\cover play for 20M is not a bad deal, if he could stay fit. Although we are still waiting for the starting 11 to be figured out

 
You are going to get a leader with Adams.  He will get stuck in and be a destroyer and can fill in behind Enzo so he can go further forward  ... he will be an engine wherever Poch puts him and he will be a leader.  He plays at a pace of 1.5 players.  Bet on it.

as long thats its not a 7 years contract im ok with this, should be the last time we buy from leeds.
